Caliva Delivery FAQs

Caliva is your resource for marijuana delivery. Our trained, discreet, and friendly drivers deliver up-and-down the San Francisco Bay Area, from San Mateo to Gilroy, every day. Shop our menu of hundreds of cannabis products to get yours delivered today.

Can I call for support?

Delivery support is available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM via phone at (408) 209-1106.
 

Is Caliva licensed?

Caliva holds licenses for recreational adult and medical use of cannabis. Licenses  are only given out to dispensaries that are compliant with California's Bureau of Cannabis Control. These licenses ensure that you are receiving product that is legally held to current regulations. 
 

Can anybody order for delivery?

Yes, if you are 21 years of age and have valid ID.  Delivery requires that you become a member of Caliva. (It's free!) You can become a member by filling out the Caliva Membership Form online.

 

Is there an order minimum?

Yes. All orders must meet a minimum order amount based on delivery location. See table below for minimum order pricing.

What is your delivery range?

North to Foster City, South to Gilroy, East to Fremont and West to Saratoga. Click here for area.

 

What kind of payment do you accept?

Cash only. Exact change is appreciated. Drivers carry only minimal change.

 

Do I have to be a member of your dispensary to order delivery?  

If you would like to take advantage of our delivery and express pick-up, you will need to become a member of Caliva. You can become a member by completing the Caliva Membership Form (it's free!).

 

How long will my order take?

Delivery time depends on time of day and location. It could be as soon as 30 minutes if you live in San Jose and order at 11:00 AM, or it could take 90 minutes if you live in Morgan Hill and order at 5:00 PM (our busiest time).

 

Can I pre-order and set the time of my delivery?

At this time no. Orders will be fulfilled in real time during set delivery hours.

 

How long will my order be held for pickup?

Based on high demand, we can only hold your order until close of business, the day that the order was placed.

 

Am I able to receive my Senior or Vet discount on delivery orders?

Yes! If you are a Veteran and a new Caliva customer, please indicate your Veteran status in the "notes" section of your order. We'll ask you to send proof of your Veteran status. If your a Senior and a new Caliva customer, we'll do the math! 

 

How much cannabis can I order?

You may order no more than 1 oz of flower, 8 grams of concentrates, etc. There are no limits on mg’s of edibles, currently.

 

How can I track my order?

Once we have assigned your order to a driver, you will receive an email/text notification that will allow you to follow the driver’s route! We do our best to leave you informed while not inundating you with too many notifications.

 

Can i change my delivery address once I have already ordered?

No, our driver will head to the destination you entered when you placed your order. Make sure you’re there to receive it!

 

What is your return policy?

All Sales are Final. Caliva only allows returns for the incorrect product or malfunctioning cartridges (within 3 days of purchasing).

 

Can I tip the driver?

You may, but it is not our standard policy. Our drivers are compensated fairly.

 

Can I get delivery to my workplace?

As long as your work is cool with it, we’ll be there!

 

Are my neighbors/colleagues all going to know that I just ordered pot?

Our delivery car is a discreet vehicle with no external branding or messaging.

 

How much weed do I need to throw a party for four friends?

Well that all depends … but legally, we are only allowed to deliver cannabis to members of the Caliva collective.

 

Can you deliver pizza too?

We WISH!

 

Anything else?

You are responsible for being present for deliveries. Missed deliveries may lead to termination of membership. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
