Can anybody order for delivery?
You must be 21+ with a medical marijuana recommendation. Please follow this LINK to get your recommendation if you don’t already have one (it takes 15mins).
Is there an order minimum?
Yes. All orders must meet a minimum order amount based on delivery location. See table below for minimum order pricing.

What kind of payment do you accept?
Cash only. Exact change is appreciated. Drivers carry only minimal change.
Do I have to be a member of your dispensary to order delivery?
Yes. Come to 1695 Phelan Dr. San Jose for your first order and you’ll be able to use our delivery services from then on!
How long will my order take?
Depends on time of day and location. It could be as soon as 30 minutes if you live in San Jose and order at 11a, or it could take 90 minutes if you live in Morgan Hill and order at 5p.
Can I pre-order and set the time of my delivery?
At this time no. Orders will be fulfilled in real time during set delivery hours.
Am I able to receive my Senior or Vet discount on delivery orders?
Unfortunately, discounts are not offered via our Delivery service.
How much cannabis can I order?
You may order no more than 4 oz of flower, concentrates, etc. There are no limits on mg’s of edibles, currently.
How can I track my order?
Once we have assigned your order to a driver, you will receive an email/text notification that will allow you to follow the driver’s route! We do our best to leave you informed while not inundating you with too many notifications.
Can i change my delivery address once I have already ordered?
No, our driver will head to the destination you entered when you placed your order. Make sure you’re there to receive it!
What is your return policy?
All Sales are Final. Caliva only allows returns for the incorrect product or malfunctioning cartridges (within 3 days of purchasing).
Can I tip the driver?
You may, but it is not our standard policy. Our drivers are compensated fairly.
Can I get delivery to my workplace?
As long as your work is cool with it, we’ll be there!
Are my neighbors/colleagues all going to know that I just ordered pot?
Our delivery car is a discreet vehicle with no external branding or messaging.

How much weed do I need to throw a party for four friends?
Well that all depends … but legally, we are only allowed to deliver cannabis to members of the Caliva collective.
Can you deliver pizza too?
You are responsible for being present for deliveries. Missed deliveries may lead to termination of membership. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
